All of the resources we spend on equipment and quality checks result in the best print quality in the industry. Our colors are more vivid, and match the original print file as closely as possible.
All orders go through our 3-step quality check before we ship them out:
- Our automated software checks graphics for quality before printing
- Fulfillment specialists check quality while orders print
- Final quality check after printing and curing.
We recommend using a frame with a smooth, white mat board that is sure to present the artwork in an elegant and refined way. Although you can choose any kind of frame you wish, many of our customers use frames with the following specifications:
- Oak wood frame
- Acrylite/glass front protector
- White mat board
- Hanging hardware included
Shipping is FREE worldwide and done via USPS First Class Mail.
All our prints come packaged in a strong durable cardboard mailing tube, with the prints safely wrapped inside to add extra protection during shipment.
We print and fulfill all our products on demand once you place an order. We typically take about 2–5 business days to create your prints. 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less. However, currently due to Covid-19, fulfillment can take 8-12 business days.
Typically, shipping to United States, United Kingdom, Lithuania, France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Poland, Croatia, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Denmark, Latvia takes 4-6 days. Shipping to Canada, Ukraine, Asia, Southeast Asia, Portugal, Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, Belarus, Serbia takes 6-10 days. Shipping to Australia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Latin America, Africa, Middle East, Russia, China takes 8-14 days.
At the moment however, due to Covid-19, shipping delays should be expected. US shipping can take up to 5 additional days while worldwide shipping can take up to 10 additional days for delivery. There are also some countries we don't ship to currently, owing to their courier service restrictions during the panedemic. More info here
We gladly accept any misprinted/damaged/defective items. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. It is best to contact us before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.
Wrong Address If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself. More info
We're working on becoming kinder to the planet we all share, providing high-quality products made with sustainability in mind.
We try to do our best to minimize waste in packaging and source eco-friendly packaging materials. Many of our packaging materials are either recyclable or biodegradable. Bubble wraps are made from a minimum of 15% recycled plastic and 10% post-consumer content. Our kraft tubes are made from 70-100% post-consumer recycled content and 0-30% secondary recycled content.
In traditional made-to-sell retail stores, products are made in large quantities and often exceed market demand. Around 85% of all these products produced end up in landfills, making it a major contributor to environmental damage.
Made-to-order is making a difference in traditional retail and taking a step towards sustainable and responsible production. All our products get printed only when a customer buys them.
We're consistently looking into new ways to make the best of our resources and reduce the CO2 produced when transporting orders, therefore we've opened our fulfillment centers close to the customers.
