How do I get the prints framed?
All our prints are available in standard sizes which make it very easy for you to find the perfect frame or print hanger for them at your local store or online, based on your own personal preferences, your wall color etc.
If you prefer to order frames online, a few options depending on where you’re based are:

– UK: eframe.co.uk
Poster hangers which are sold in many places, including IKEA where they retail for about $10. They look really great and mean that you can move your print around with you.
We recommend using a frame with a smooth, white mat board that is sure to present the artwork in an elegant and refined way. Although you can choose any kind of frame you wish, many of our customers use frames with the following specifications:
– Oak wood frame
– Acrylite/glass front protector
– White mat board
– Hanging hardware included
I like a design but want to get it printed on a different product. Is that possible?
Sure! Any design you like can be printed on art prints, backpacks, tote bags, iPhone cases, laptop sleeves, duvet covers, pillows, wall tapestries & throw blankets and many other products. All you need to do is Contact us here and include details (name or link) of the design & the specific product you need and we will get back to you with a direct link to order your product.
What sizes are the art prints available in?
Our art prints are available in some or all of the following sizes depending upon the type/orientation of the artwork. You can check the available sizes of a specific art print on its product details page.

Is the size listed inclusive of the white border?
To ensure the best possible print quality, we use full-bleed artworks that span across the entire dimension of the art prints and do not have a white border.
Do you have this print available in larger sizes?
Unfortunately, not every print is available in larger sizing. Due to the resolution of the artwork file, larger sizes could compromise the quality of the print. If larger sizes are not listed as available, this means the artwork doesn’t support it and therefore it’s not available for purchase.

What is a coupon code? How does it work?
At 83 Oranges we offer multiple promotions to our customers. You can receive promotions/points for signing up for an account, referring friends or via our emails.
Our promotions are created with a coupon code. You can use the coupon code in the Coupon section (titled “Have a Coupon? Click here to enter your code.”) on the checkout page just before placing your order.
Please note that sales, promotions, and discounts can’t be used in conjunction or stacked.
As a reminder, promotions are usually tied to an account, so if you are using multiple devices, you’ll need to ensure you are logged into the same account on both devices in order for the promotion to be visible.

We can’t predict which of these fees, if any, will be applied, and 83 Oranges does not calculate or collect these fees or taxes.

How do I pay customs fees?
If your package is subject to customs fees, your package may be held at your local customs office. Contact your local customs office to find out your next steps as you may need to pay additional charges.
My order is still processing
If you received an email from 83 Oranges saying that your 83 Oranges order has been received and is processing, it means that your purchase is being processed by our team. Since all our products are made to order, ‘processing’ means your product is being custom made.
Most orders are processed in under 2-7 days. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped.

We’re working on becoming kinder to the planet we all share, providing high-quality products made with sustainability in mind.
We try to do our best to minimize waste in packaging and source eco-friendly packaging materials. Many of our packaging materials are either recyclable or biodegradable. Bubble wraps are made from a minimum of 15% recycled plastic and 10% post-consumer content. Our kraft tubes are made from 70-100% post-consumer recycled content and 0-30% secondary recycled content.
Made-to-order is making a difference in traditional retail and taking a step towards sustainable and responsible production by minimizing waste and preventing environmental damage. All our products get printed only when a customer buys them.
We’re consistently looking into new ways to make the best of our resources and reduce the CO2 produced when transporting orders, therefore we’ve opened our fulfillment centers close to the customers.

All orders delivered within the United States by USPS have full tracking available using this link! For international orders, full tracking is available if you have selected International Priority.
Tracking will only be available once an order has shipped. You will be notified by email when this happens (where you will also find your tracking information).
Please note that it can take up to 48 hours for US tracking info to show up in the carrier’s tracking system. International shipment tracking may take up to a few days to display any updates.

Where do you ship to?
We ship all our products worldwide, with the exception of Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea. This list may change periodically.
There are also some countries we don’t ship to currently, owing to their courier service restrictions during the panedemic. You can find out more at checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is FREE within the US for all items.
Shipping charges for the rest of the world vary depending upon the country you are shipping to and the item you are shipping. You can check these charges at checkout.
What kind of packaging do you provide?
All our prints come packaged in a strong durable cardboard mailing tube, with the prints safely wrapped inside to add extra protection during shipment.
All apparel items, accessories, pillows & blankets come packaged in poly bags that are recyclable, low-density polyethylene, FDA and USDA compliant.
Our duvet covers & pillow shams are shipped in self-sealing poly mailers with high adhesive seal strip and UV protecting coating inside. Packages are tightly secured providing excellent protection during shipments. If the order is more than 5 items everything is shipped in cardboard box with products packed individually in plastic bags.

How long does shipping take?
Your estimated order arrival date = order fulfilment time + shipping time.
1. Fulfilment: Once you place your order, we immediately send your order to our production team and they will get your order ready to be dispatched in 2-5 business days. 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer. You will receive an email notification when your order is shipped & also when a tracking number is added to your shipment. All items are printed and dispatched as quickly as possible.
2. Shipping: With Standard Shipping, deliveries take 3-4 business days in the US, 6-10 days in Canada, 5-20 days internationally. In addition to standard shipping, for certain products, you will find the following options to choose from at checkout depending upon the country you are shipping to:
– Overnight Shipping: Next day delivery in the US
– Express Shipping: 1-3 business days in the US, Canada, & internationally.
At the moment however, due to Covid-19, Standard Shipping delays should be expected. US shipping can take up to 5 additional days while worldwide shipping can take up to 10 additional days for delivery.

Where do your prints ship from?
We work with printing laboratories based in the UK, USA & Europe. Your order will be shipped from the print lab closest to you.
What if the order is lost in the mail?
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We’ll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to get in touch with their local post office to try locating the lost order.

Art Print Care
To ensure that your art prints last for a long time, don’t keep them in direct sunlight or outdoors. They can be gently dusted with a soft dry cloth or a feather duster.
What if the product is damaged in the mail?
If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to email@example.com, then we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer item exchanges. We may be able to help replace an order if it does not meet your satisfaction. Please contact our Customer Service team here.
Can I return an item?
We gladly accept any misprinted/damaged/defective items. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. It is best to contact us before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.
How do I cancel my order?
Due to the nature of our business, and orders being immediately forwarded to printing partners, it’s not always possible to cancel orders as they could have already been shipped.
Please contact us and we will immediately contact the printer or designer to see if the cancellation is possible. Please be aware that our offices are in India, so if this request is placed out of our office hours, we will look into it as soon as we are available.
