We’ve learned a lot while dealing with the Covid-19 disruptions. All our fulfillment estimates are back to normal with an average 2–5 business days for non-apparel products and 2–7 business days for apparel products.

We are proud that we’ve been able to significantly increase our daily printing output. We’re still seeing slight delayes in shipping times at 83 Oranges and industry-wide but they should be back to normal very soon.
Our Customer Support email reply time is about one day, but we usually reply sooner. We’re increasing our chat availability to resume 24/7 live support in the near future.

What is 83 Oranges doing to keep employees safe?
We have implemented company-wide work from home policies. Everybody who can has been working from home for the past few weeks.
Here’s what we’re doing to keep fulfillment teams safe:
– We’re staggering shifts and maintaining a 6-foot distance between each station
– We set up partitions at tables in our break rooms
– Distributing PPE such as safety masks and gloves to all employees
– In Charlotte, we set up an on-site wellness clinic with health consultations available 24/7 over the phone
– We are committed to keeping our teams safe and we’ll continue to follow guidelines from the CDC, WHO, – US Department of State, and local governments and health agencies.
Are there any shipping delays?
Yes, you can expect slight shipping delays. On average, all new ordered are taking under 5 business days for fulfillment. We’re continuously expanding our operations to prepare for the end-of-the-year order volume.

Will shipping be more expensive now due to the Covid-19 situtation?
No, the shipping price you see on our checkout page is the same as it was before. Shipping is FREE within the US for all items.
The threshold for customs fees for orders going to the US is quite high, so it’s unlikely you’ll have to pay customs fees.
